Privacy Policy

ColdCallReps processes account data (email, display name), practice session transcripts, scorecards, and optional hiring-board profile fields to provide voice training and leaderboards. Voice audio is streamed to our realtime provider for the duration of a call and is not retained as a permanent recording by default.

Prospect data you import (Maps search results, scraped website hooks) is stored in your account for personalization. We do not sell personal data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Authentication is handled by Clerk.
